The Name

You may consider no one a geek or a freak for what is about to be said and no one is quite happy to accept these titles.

The first password I ever used (well the second, the first I still use to lock my computer) was Lukian. On the mind of a primary school child, myself, Lukian was remembered as a great wizard out of the dungeons and dragons cartoon series. However, most people can't spell Lukian (I won't even go into pronunciation), making it finitely unsuitable for a domain name.
How's that for trust and honesty?

Nevyn is my alternate avatar and is an even greater wizard from the non-linear fantasy of Katherine Kerr and her Deverry Series of novels.
Prince Galrion was exiled from the kingdom, because of his studies in the dweomer or wizardry. The dweomer is a good natural magic. His father, the king, stripped him of all rank and honour and as a final jest, the name given to him at birth. His father proclaimed his new name as Nevyn.

"Do you hear me lad? Nevyn - no one - nobody at all - that's your new name."
"Done," no one said. "I'll bear it proudly."

Just as you most likely called no one one of the above names already, I too bear it proudly, for I and those who know me consider me a wizard of all things computing.

This isn't merely limited to my talent in web design, but in my mastery of operating systems, software testing and services, software and components choice and purchasing consultancy.
